Summer Walk -
On Wednesday July 20 (Malcolm's birthday) we drove to the south entrance of the Harewood Estate and started out on a short but delightful walk around the parkland and woods of the Harewood estate.

A gentle stroll over open parkland with sheep grazing and occasional excitement caused by a small hound (not Fudge, who was well behaved).

A welcome seat and a superb estate cottage
As we did not have an invite to dine at the 'Big House' we settled for an excellent lunch at the New Inn, Eccup. All of this was completed without the threatened 30 mm of rain materialising! A good walk, good lunch and great company.
